You might want to contact the Old Jail Gallery in Dubuque, Iowa.  They are
a gallery that shows local artists, traveling exhibits, etc. located in
the Old Jail.  They also have a small (one cell) exhibit on jail life.  I
do not have their number but information in Dubuque should be able to help
(DBQ's area code is 319)
