2001 National Conference Award for Excellence
in Cultural Property Protection

The Smithsonian’s National Conference on Cultural Property Protection is
accepting nominations for the 2001 Award for Excellence in the field. This
annual recognition is designed to showcase and acknowledge outstanding
achievement in the field of museum and library security.  The deadline for
submitting a nomination is November 1, 2000, with the award to be given at
the annual meeting in February 2001 in Washington D.C.

For information on submitting a nomination or on the National Conference,
