Colleagues -

Here at The Smart Museum, we have a rather extensive campus loan
program and we are interested in learning about the policies that
other university museums with a campus loan program have in place to
help manage their programs. Do you charge an administrative fee? Do
you require a certain amount of notice before going to retrieve
loaned artworks? Are only certain offices on campus eligible to
borrow works? If anyone is willing to send information on their
program or a copy of their policy to me, I would be very appreciative.

Thanks very much in advance! - Jennifer Moyer
