I am hoping you can share some thoughts about how a sponsorship arrangement
might work.

A regional children's museum wants to develop a set of web-based activities
that would stimulate interest and understanding of the local environment.

We will be approaching the local newspaper as a potential underwriter of the
development costs for these online exhibits.

Specifically, do you know of something like this having been done before?
If so, any info would be very helpful.

In general, what is a good reference for information about underwriting?

Thanks,

Mike
