In celebration of Heritage Day 1997 (February 17), a new special
     exhibition has been launched on the Canadian Heritage Information
     Network (CHIN) Web site:

     This special exhibit explores the history and heritage of
     Newfoundland and Labrador, with art, photographs, stories,
     information, and suggested activities to help you celebrate
     heritage every day. It was produced as a partnership between the
     Heritage Canada Foundation, the Canadian Identity sector of the
     Department of Canadian Heritage, and the Canadian Heritage
     Information Network.

     CHIN is on the Web at http://www.chin.gc.ca. You will find Heritage
      Day 1997 under "Special Exhibitions".   Please tell us what you think of
