For those of you interested in broadening outreach to the community,
take a look at the Centennial Museum's Desert Diary web pages at
<http://www.utep.edu/museum/desertdiary/>. Desert Diary represents a
collaboration between KTEP National Public Radio for the Southwest and
the Museum. Daily radio airing of 90-second presentations on various
aspects of the cultural and natural history of the Chihuahuan Desert are
supplemented by website resources for each presentation (transcription
of that day's offering, images, references, and--for many--teaching and
learning resources).
