Oregon State University, Corvallis has an online (and in-person) MS program
in free-choice learning.  Shawn Rowe, John Falk, and Lynn Dierking are
faculty.  It's broader than visitor studies, but it's a program worth
looking into, especially if you are interested in math or science.
