I am taking a Digitial Imaging Management class in the University of North
Texas School of Library and Information Science. We are evaluating
collection management software to recommend for new equipment in the the
Digital Imaging Lab. We have looked at the CHIN and MDA evaluations, but
we would like user feedback on the following software:

Micromusee; Collection; Argus; Gallery Systems - EmbARK and The Museum
System; RE:discovery; MultiMimsy 2000 and Snap! for Windows;

1. Overall response to the software.
2. How well does this software work for digital imaging?
3. Why did you pick this software over the other software?
4. How easy is it to use?
5.  Advantages and disadvantages?
6. What modules or packages do you use?

We would appreciate any feedback - negative or positive. Our report is due
on Tuesday of next week. Please respond by email to me at

Thank you,

Susan Richardson
