Many of Washington DC's museums offer special programs for children (the
Kreeger Museum, Sewall-Bellmont House, and the National Museum of Women in
the Arts just to name a few). The National Park Service sites in Rock Creek
Park and Georgetown also offer wonderful children's' programs that include
hikes, animal feedings, planetarium shows, and crafts.
Information on these programs, and more, is available through the calendar
on our website www.dcheritage.org - you can also get a list of "Family Fare"
attractions through the search function on the site.
Enjoy your visit!
