I just really wanted to thank everyone for their thoughtful responses to my
problem with the treasurer. I feel like I am now armed with the support of
the grantwriting community to back up what was my instinct when I talk to him
next.

Besides that I sure feel a hell of a lot better! I'm not crazy after all!  :)
