I would suggest visiting the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds. The
museum is new, opening only about 1 year ago, and contains some of
the collection formarly on display at the HM Tower of London. Although I
haven't visited the new museum yet, I did intern for the Royal Armouries
at the HM Tower of London a few years ago when the plans were being
made for the museum in Leeds and it looked wonderful.

Greetings Museum-L'ers,

I have a colleague who is travelling to the U.K soon and would like some
personal contacts with U.K. museum folks in the North of England.
Particular interest Leeds, York

Please contact me either on or off the list with suggested "must see"
museums in this area and contact personnel ( email addresses?)

Cheers
