When we lived in Williamsburg a number of years ago, CW had a pass for
locals (you had to show a utility bill or something similar, as I
recall) as opposed to the tickets or passes that non local visitors
purchased.  I don't know if they still have this procedure, though.

Here in the Rio Grande Valley, a major "Winter Texan" area, I'm unaware
of any local/non-local pricing differences or permanent
resident/part-time resident/visitor variation on a theme of fees for
visitation.
