Production Coordinator for the Development Office

The Baltimore Museum of Art seeks an organized, enthusiastic Production Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating the production and mailing of Membership and related materials.  The Production Coordinator reports to the Membership Manager.

Responsibilities include preparing and implementing production schedules for individual projects, as well as a monthly production calendar; ensuring that items are produced and mailed in an efficient and cost effective way; managing relations with the mail-house; developing mailing lists; coordinating the Reciprocal Membership Programs; and general support of the Membership program.

The successful candidate will have a college degree, three years experience in fundraising, and a thorough knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and fundraising software-familiarity with Raisers Edge is a plus. Must have excellent oral and written skills, be detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple projects. Must be able to work independently and in a team-based environment.
