I am new to Museum-L and I belong to a relatively new group of historians
local to Pittsburgh, PA. We plan to produce a book on the history of our
specific area of Pittsburgh but are not sure the best way to proceed to
get a result that is professional looking in lay out and published
hard-bound (something better than going to the local photocopy place).

Please let me know if there are any recommended resources (books/web
sites) out there, and/or information from your personal experiences, that
can guide us through such a project - including any "whatever you do,
don't" from your experiences.

Our fledgling society would appreciate any help.

Regards,
Terri Blanchette
