Dear All,

        Having observed, and initially queried about the spam slipping
        through - could we please agree on the following:

        1. the list moderator DOES a great job; unfortunately, he is
           in transit, so the spam is getting through. No need to
           have the temporary moderators keep repeating this and
           apologizing. Things will return to normal when he is
           settled.

        2. Just ignore the spam. No need to clog up everyone's
           email with responses of outrage, disbelief, etc. We
           all understand.

        3. Please  use a subject header - some listmembers are not,
           and I have no idea until I read the email; and there is
           some email I automatically delete - like spam.

        4. We are all busy professionals and students. Courtesy
           towards each other and the list moderators should be
           practiced.
