I have a question for Andy Finch and others knowledgeable about the
legislative process about writing to Congress about the NEA and NEH.  I
have written my two senators and congressman many times over the past
several years in support of these agencies.  I have received letters
back from all of them on more than one occasion in strong support of
these two agencies, including within the past year.  So is it necessary
to write more letters to them now?  If so, what are the reasons?
