Dear Ruth,
We have, as Patrick suggests, made most of our staff administrators of our Facebook page. I do a posting every Wednesday entitled, "Weird, Wacky and Wonderful" artifact Wednesday in which is featured and unusual or bizarre collection item. Our archivist posts an historic photo every Thursday that we call "Photo Caption Thursday" where we invite people to make up creative and humorous captions. Our educator, marketing coordinator and public programs coordinator post often about events or programs in their area. It has worked well for us. Hope this helps.
Sincerely,
David Ryan
