We have recently launched a fundraising campaign for our expansion.  I
spoke with the staff who are handling this and they are using software
called Donor II.  They are pleased with the support and the product.  We
paid about $4000 for what we needed (there are different "modules" based
on your needs).  This also included installation, 2 days on-site
training and 1 year support including customized forms.  I am not sure what
the exact system requirements are but we are running it on a 486/25mhz.
