Kirsten, in a case like this, you probably want to call or email their customer support to find out. I am not familiar with this program, but have always found customer support people who deal in museum stuff to be very pleasant and knowledgeable.

If you are not going to do a complete cataloging of the documents, then this probably won’t matter. I’m happy to answer questions off-list if you have them.

We are especially interested in candidates who use genomic tools and datasets in combination with innovative computational, ecological, behavioral and/or comparative approaches to address important biological questions ranging from the origin and maintenance of organismal diversity, adaptation to changing environments, and human health and disease. Areas of research interests include, but are not limited to: comparative genomics, landscape/population genetics, geographical ecology, global change biology, evolutionary genetics, and mechanisms of evolution. Preference will be given to biologists with a documented record of collections-based research in natural history who also clearly demonstrate cross-disciplinary research programs. A Ph.D., teaching experience, and field and museum research experience in ornithology are required.

A full-time collection manager is funded in this collection (50% collection, 50% Genetic Resources Core Facility), and a rotating graduate assistant appointment is assigned to the collection.
> GENERAL INFORMATION: The Sam Noble Museum is an organized research unit of the University of Oklahoma and is one of the finest university museums in the world. The museum has an outstanding curatorial, collections, education, exhibits, and support staff that serves the museum’s mission from research to preservation to education at all levels. It is home to 20 of the 44 faculty in the University's graduate program in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, and it is currently in the process of hiring several new faculty in the next two to three years to expand on its strengths in geographical ecology and the biology of behavior.

> Subject: Communication Webinar - How to Get People to Read Your Reports
>
> Dusty discarded reports and dull dry presentations hinder evaluation use. No matter how rigorous the study or how fascinating the methods and results, evaluators and evaluation advocates often find themselves struggling with how to communicate in ways that are not only heard but understood and acted upon. Communication is key to evaluation use.
>
> Join Kate Livingston, founder and principal of ExposeYourMuseum LLC and program co-chair of the American Evaluation Association's Data Visualization and Reporting topical interest group, on Wednesday, August 12, at 3:00 p.m. ET for a 90-minute session on creative and compelling communication strategies for evaluation reporting, "How to Get People to Read Your Reports: Creative and Compelling Strategies for Effective Evaluation Reporting."
>
> From exploring the science behind visual communication and information retention to promoting simple and low-cost ways to communicate in compelling ways, this webinar will provide attendees with avenues to increase stakeholder excitement around evaluation reporting. Drawing on gurus like Nancy Duarte, Dan Roam, Nathan Yau, Stephanie Evergreen, Ann Emery, and Stephen Few, participants will examine visual and written communication from the perspectives of our intended audiences. What works? What doesn't? What tips and tricks can we employ right now, even with limited resources, to ensure better communication and encourage evaluation use?
>
> This webinar is co-hosted by the Association of Science-Technology Centers and the Visitor Studies Association. The registration fee is $25 and includes access to an archived recording of the webinar, handouts, and a digital badge/certificate for participating in the live webinar.
