On September 22, 1994 The Charlotte (NC) Observer reported:
 
"Agriculture Secretary Mike Espy has begun writing personal checks to clear
up problems with his travel expenses, including some he had originally tried
to pass on to taxpayers.
The latest reimbursement was $700 to the Fernbank Museum of Natural History
for four Super Bowl tickets Espy received from the institution in January."
 
Does anyone out there know what this means?  Am I (and you perhaps) missing
a fundraising opportunity?
