Hmmmm.... I was trying to help out someone who had a specific question about
a specific topic. Should I apologize?? No way. I'm supposed to open a special
website to answer a single question? Yikes! If you're not interested in the
topic of New York's art and culture law, why would you bother downloading it?
Those who were interested in the topic appreciated it, so I don't get what it
is to you, even if you ARE a "Manager of Information Systems," whatever that
is supposed to mean.... you don't have to download attachments you are not
interested in, and neither does anyone else.
