You might look into the Smithsonian Early Enrichment Center (SEEC) which
has full time day care program and sumer camps developed on a museum
based curriculum. This program is housed (depending on age) in one of two
Smithsoniam Museum buildings. We had two kids go through the program and
it is wonderful. A formal curriculum has been developed and they are very
happy to talk to you about it. It is not only for those who live in
Washington DC. Contact:

Also, The Cleveland Museum of Art has an extremely active, non-day care,
outreach program involving pre-school and school age kids. Contact:

Good luck.
