Mention chocolate and everyone pays attention!

Like Cadbury World mentioned previously, this is more of an attraction
than a musuem in Hershey, Pennsylvania:
http://www.hersheys.com/visitors.html
It began as a chocolate factory (almost 100 years ago?) and so many
people requested factory tours to see the latest innovations that Milton
Hershey eventually opened Chocolate World (and later the enormous
Hershey Amusement Park). Chocolate World is free. They have more annual
visitors than the White House. You are guided through the 10 minute tour
on an automatic ride (Disney style) and when it's over, have a bite to
eat in the cafeteria. Ever try chocolate soda?

Another one is Wilbur Chocolate. This is more of an actual museum (very
tiny- a couple rooms), in a colonial style "house" in the small town of
Lititz, Pennsylvania. (Just 40 minutes drive to Hershey). Watch the
ladies making chocolate, or look at their exhibits of old tins, candy
molds, etc. http://www.800padutch.com/wilbur.html
