Hello-
As many of you may know, there are currently changes being proposed to Section
106 of the NHP.  In my CRM class we were going over the proposed legislation &
one of the unanswerable questions we have is: who is David Nunes (R-CA) who has
proposed the amendment?  We're especially interested in learning if he has any
professional background or experience in museum studies or historic preservation
and what his reasons are for wanting to amend this act.
