Dear Deb: I enjoyed your "treatise," but felt you must have read my book, MUSEUMS: A PLACE TO WORK, PLANNING MUSEUM CAREERS, published by Routledge Press a few years ago. Much of what you said could be quotes from my book. But I agree with the person who objected to your statement about not taking a resume to an informational interview,  Why not?  I have conducted many such interviews, and always welcome any questions about writing resumes.

Nevertheless, you are on the right track about most of your suggestions.   Good luck!   Jane Glaser
