Susan,

We charge flat rental rates for use of our various spaces with discounts for nonprofits. We don't add on any additional admission or tour fees beyond that since the rental rates more than cover the normal fees. However, if they want a tour during non-museum hours and we do have a restaurant in-house that will do catering--esp. late evenings meetings and events--they're told up front that it's based upon docent availability.
