You are being extremely accomodating, and it is admirable.  I would remove
the museum completely from this mix (but then, reproduction of images has
always been a great but necessary annoyance to me...yes, I admit it!) and
ask your lenders only for permission to release their addresses/phone
numbers to inquiries that you have screened.  Only my opinion, and I've had
to deal with similar situations in the past that were equally cumbersome.
