I am looking for examples of museum management agreements between
governmental and private organizations or between parent and subsidiary
organizations. Examples would include those organizations that operate
museums for government entities or parent organizations (and receive
considerable financial and other support), but at the same time have a
considerable degree of autonomy. Specifically, I am looking for a detailing
of the responsibilities of each party. Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks.

Brian Alexander
