In light of the comments I read about the playing of pianos in museum
collections, I wish to amend my previous comment. (I wrote it after reading
the question, but before reading anyone else's response). Maybe a better
solution would be to have some combination of playing the piano and recorded
piano music. This could allow for the necessary playing of the piano (I
learn something every day!) while limiting the wear and tear on the keys and
exterior woodwork. Or maybe I'm just off my rocker - not a long trip LOL.
