!TAKE A LOOK: THE OFFICAL WEBSITE OF BRAZILIAN CLASSICAL COMPOSER
VILLA-LOBOS!

The Villa-Lobos Web Site is even more attractive now, thanks to its
new lay-out, its English version, and a page with a variety of links.

Through these links, the visitor can:

* Purchase CDs of Villa-Lobos works (answering the appeals of
numerous fans who are always on the lookout for the latest
recordings);

* Have access to other sites about the composer and other
personalities who, in some way, were part of his history, such as J.
S. Bach and Carlos Drummond de Andrade, and other very important
people in Brazilian classical and popular music such as Carlos Gomes,
Francisco Mignone, Chiquinha Gonzaga, Ernesto Nazareth, Pixinguinha,
Cartola and Anttnio Carlos Jobim;

* Access an extensive catalog of Brazilian classical composers and
musicians

* All on-line!

We also have links to other cultural centers and museums in Rio de
Janeiro, virtual music magazines, and much more.

By accompanying the advances in communications and technology, the
Villa-Lobos Museum is more broadly publicizing the work of the
greatest composer of the Americas, thus providing the entire community
with an important service.
