Have you contacted the USDA yet? We recently worked with them on an exhibit and they had many resources (images, education materials, and videos) available for free. Try contacting Valerie Berton at [log in to unmask]

Good luck,

Hello all. Need help from anyone who knows of a "corn" video. We will be doing a corn program in the fall for school children (grades 1-8) and we are trying to find a short video that shows corn being planted, grown and harvested.

You'd think this was easy. We have contacted PBS, Children's Television Workshop (Sesame Street), the National Popcorn Board, several popcorn companies, etc to no avail (we are still waiting to hear from corncam.com and our local extension office). No one has a video!

Any suggestions? At this point we are thinking about taking stills of corn growth (we are located in southwest Michigan) to show slides.

Thanks :)
