This is true, but for today's couch potatoes, anything that gets them
involved in using their digits, "read and choose a topic," almost seems
interactive.  I don't think you need bells and whistles to be engaged.

touch screen computers does not an interactive exhibit make. As for ergos
look at "Human Scale" for info on height, position, angle...
