I've been asked to help create a public inquiry database for a local
museum using Microsoft Access. Are there publicly available tools or
resources (templates, guides, websites, books, etc.) that can be of
specific use? Or are there any general Access books that have examples
that are similar to this type of database?

Basically, the database would be for staff use to help search for
responses to public questions about artifacts such fossils, animals,
etc. (using predefined fields such as artifact type, keywords, etc.) The
database should then assist the staff member in creating a standard
response format with pictures, web links or book suggestions (that will
later be printed and mailed or e-mailed to the inquirer).

Anything would be helpful, as we'll be starting from scratch, thank you!
