I did apply to the USC program in 1989 for their South Carolina-McKissick
Museum Management Certificate Program. As I understood it, I would have
gotten a degree in an academic field and a certificate of museum management
through experience and coursework at the McKissick Museum. Similar to
the Delaware program, which I strongly plug too (Hi, Rhonda!). I decided
I wanted more than museum management. They didn't seem to believe me,
though -- no matter how many times I wrote or called, they still thought
I was coming up until the semester started. I don't know what that
says about the program.

Sara
