Our walk-in visitors don't have the option of a guided tour, but groups who
call in advance can get one. I don't know the details, but I do know our
education department is surprised by how many of these groups want a guided
tour. My uneducated guess is that it's generational...most of our tour
groups are senior citizens.

Also, I think people are used to docent tours being free. But, for some odd
reason, people will pay money to walk around with headphones and a cd
player.
