The Museum Science Graduate (M.A.) program at Texas Tech University covers a
wide variety of topics and issues involved with museum practices, etc.  One
thing that is covered is museum ethics.  You may want to get in touch with
the Director of the program (and Director of the TTU Museum), Gary Edson.
Check out their website (do a search on TTU) and that should provide you with
a phone number or at least an email address.
