The Musee de la Civilization in Quebec City did a wonderful exhibit about
food -- from the growing and marketing of food to technology in the kitchen
and the cultural implications of dining -- about 5 years or so ago.  Also,
I just saw a nice show about food at the Conner Prairie Museum in Indiana.
