I'm hoping someone on the list can help me track down an unfamiliar term.
We have recently received a donation of handwoven textiles listed as "Karen
trousseau textiles" on the inventory sheets. It does not list a vintage or
a country of origin. Before I go through tracking down the appraiser, does
this term ring a bell with any of you textile-ophiles?
