Dear Bob,

A few years ago a painting was damaged by a man in the Stedelijk Museum,
here in Amsterdam. That man damaged another painting some years earlier.
The director of the museum did not have the possibility to refuse this
person access to the museum......after the vandal had been in custody for
(again) a short time.
