a professional, not-for-profit theatre.

The Board of Trustees seeks a EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR to lead
Barksdale into
the 21st century.  Position requires demonstrated
leadership and senior
level management expertise with strong communication and
interpersonal
skills as well as a proven record of successful
collaboration in
balancing artistic goals with the organization's resources.

REQUIREMENTS:  Extensive experience in fiscal and general
administration; fund raising and development, strategic
planning to meet
the organization's mission statement and goals; supervision
of staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Degree in management (arts related);
minimum of 5
years' experience; strong computer skills.  Competitive
