And by this logic I suppose that if you have nothing to hide you
don't need to worry about any illegal search-and-seizures? Or if
you are innocent why do you need the Fifth Amendment? Rick, I hope you
just popped that off without thinking and have now reconsidered.

Spare me your personal value judgement, but since you didn't, I'll
reciprocate. Personally if you're doing your job well and I have no
objective grounds to complain about that, then I don't give a damn
what you do on your own time.

I'm sure it will be hilarious when someone at Colonial Williamburg
refuses on Constitutional grounds, is fired, and has to spend their
net worth seeking legal redress.

I had hoped that Rick would think it through, but he apparently hasn't.

OK Rick. I'll grant you that the poster could have made it a better
analogy. How about comparing it to being a political dissident under
Hitler? They were sent to some of the same camps and met the same fate.
Sure they could have chosen not to violate Hitler's laws, but maybe
they thought that government didn't have a right to go that far?
You say that we're not executing people? How long could you live
after being put out of a job with a reason like "Refused Drug Test"
stamped on your record?
