Unless the loaning institution has included a clause in the
contract for the exhibit, and we have signed it, they have
no call on us to participate in or run our openings. If the
loaning institution wants to do its OWN opening, they are
free to book space in our facility at the going rental fees
and with the standard constraints.

We have taken this position successfully, the "other"
opening is usually the night before our "public opening,"
and this works quite well. The loaning institution's
invitees get two openings, as ours are free and open to the
public.
