We are considering increasing the annual salary for the Pink Palace Family
of Museums' (PPFM) Manager of the museum system's Raiser's Edge database
to be comparable with other museum based Database Managers.  Therefore,I
am writing to the members of the LIST to survey and receive salary range
information for such a position.
The PPFM maintains thousands of automated records in its Raiser's Edge
database, ranging from information pertaining to Capital Campaign
contributors and major donors and sponsors.... to museum membership
records.  The PPFM is a public/private contractual partnership (located in
Memphis, Tennessee), administering a natural/cultural history museum, a
planetarium, an IMAX theater, two historic properties, a nature center,
and a fossil research center.  Annual attendance is @500K and the annual
public/private operational budget is over $6M.
Any salary range information regarding this matter would be appreciated.
