Help!!!

Ella Sharp Museum is revising its policies and pricing for tours and
programs.  Our facility has two galleries with changing art exhibits, a long
term installation on community history, three small family discovery areas,
and several historic buldings includings a 19th century farm house.

If you have a moment could you share your expertise?

1.  Is your charge for a group per person based or for a group up to a
certain size?

2.  Do you require advance payment?  If you do require it how do you handle
refunds or additional charges if the numbers are not the same as the amount
paid?

3.  Do you give commissions or discounts to Group Tour operators?  If so how
much?
