I have no idea who on the list forwarded this DigiCULT issue. Sorry to 
say I had never heard of the group. Once you get to the actual document 
it is a fascinating discussion. I'd be interesting in hearing what 
anyone else on the list thought/thinks of it.  If you didn't read it, 
you should at least peruse.
