Most large craft stores carry this, though you may not always be able
to find polypropylene (if that's important). For crafters it is use to
give stuffed animals and dolls the proper weight -- it's a dense
material. Depending on what you want it for, it might be better to use
a mix of pellets and poly-stuffing or polystyrene beads.

I've used Fairfield Poly-Pellets. You can find it online for about $6
per 2 lb bag (see createforless.com, for example).
