Bill Gates has a silly digital art system in mind, I think
he has already installed it in his house. Apparently
BIIIGGGG LCD screens are mounted on his wall instead of
artwork, and he has digital reproductions of artwork
programmed to be displayed on these screens. He also just
bought a Leonardo Codex (the Hammer?). I don't know what he
plans to do with that, probably donate it or loan it to a
museum. I'd be curious about that, if anyone has any info.

His whole concept of digital artwork, which he has been
talking about for years, makes me shudder. It's always
amazing to me that people with tremendous capacities in one
area could be such dummies in other areas. Witness Woody
Allen, OJ Simpson, your local computer nerd....Yes, I
realize that this is opinion. No offense to anyone
(certainly not BG, WA or OJ!).
