Hi Wendy Watson!
 
I think you are referring to SONY Wonder,
at Madison Avenue and 57th Street in Manhattan.
The old IBM Building is now the SONY Building,
(or is it the old AT&T building? I forget), and
they have a series of interactive installations
in the ground floor (especially geared for children).
