Sylvia,

We have an electronic security system on all doors to collections storage;
only collections, security and a limited number of maintenance staff have
access. We keep a number of passes in collections that we can sign
out to interns or researchers. Whoever in the department signs the card out
is responsible for the return of that card and for the actions of the
person it's been signed out to.
