We've revised our homepage to make use of the newest html innovation - "frames".

We're using frames to provide a navigation aid to help visitors to our web
site find on-line information easily and quickly.  However, the indexing
system is not available to visitors using older browsers (you must be using
Netscape v2.0), although many other improvements are available.

I would appreciate any comments.
